QUALITY SPECIFICATIONS

Against the backdrop of the Mediterranean Sea, the lobby of Residential MONTE PARAISO is inspired by natural beauty with stone finishes and organic forms.   Inside the apartments, smooth and luminous materials of high quality finishes offers an exclusive and elegant atmosphere.  

The enclosure is resolved by 12cm ceramic brick walls outside with cement render inside, 6cm air chamber, rock wool acoustic insulation, and 9cm double hollow brick wall inside with projected plastering for optimal thermal protection.
Insulation and waterproofing of terraces ensured through an inverted roof system, comprising the following layers; vapor barrier, mortar slope, welded asphalt foil, mortar protection, double sheet of expanded polystyrene insulation, geo-textile overlay, and a layer of ceramic tiles.
Between apartments, double hollow brick (7cm each) partition walls with projected plastering on each side, soundproofed with rock wool acoustic insulation. In the apartments, interior walls have double paneled plasterboard on each side, and are soundproofed with rock wool acoustic insulation; in bathrooms and kitchens, the outer plate is anti-moisture and coated with porcelain tiles.
Exterior carpentry consists of white lacquered aluminum with thermal break. Double glazing with dehydrated air chamber ensures interior comfort, energy efficiency, and improves the building´s thermal enclosure. Large aluminum sliding doors in living rooms provide best possible views and brightness, according to project specification. Master bedrooms feature acoustic insulated aluminum motorized blinds matching the carpentry´s color.
Reinforced entrance doors finished in lacquered white, equipped with safety locks, and chrome colored handle. Interior doors are lacquered white in smooth finish, with chrome colored handles and hinges, and incorporate magnetic locks, together with rubber anti-impact seals in door frames. Wardrobes, with lacquered white sliding doors in smooth finish matching the apartment´s carpentry, are completely finished inside with hardboard coating, and include a hanging rail and luggage shelf.
Apartments have large porcelain floor tiles (60cmx60cm - Saloni, Porcelanosa brand or similar). Two colors in modern designs to choose from. Terraces are floored with ceramic anti-slip tiles and have a natural texture.
The walls are painted in modern light colors, with high quality plastic paint. Bathrooms are tiled with 1st quality porcelain tiles (Porcenalosa brand or similar). False ceilings are made of plasterboard suspended in a metallic structure; serve to conceal installations that run through the ceiling, and to hold decorative and lighting elements, whilst providing additional sound insulation.
Kitchens are carefully designed and completely furnished, with large capacity low and hanging cupboards (two colors to choose from, high-gloss finish), and high quality compact resin worktops. Kitchens are fully equipped with extractor fan, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Main bathrooms are delivered with washbasins integrated in bathroom furnitures with drawers and sanitary equipment in high glazed white porcelain, with large showers and/or bath (Jacob Delafon, Roca brand or similar). Second bathrooms are equipped with washbasin and toilet glazed in white porcelain, and shower (Jacob Delafon, Roca brand or similar). All taps are modern design single-handed and include water economizer (Tres, Hansgrohe brand or similar). As an additional accessory, main bathrooms have an electric heated towel rail.
Domestic hot water & climate control (hot-cold air) is produced through a thermodynamic system with heat pump and accumulator tank, with Daikin (or similar brand) equipment (Altherma system). Climate control panels are located in the living rooms. The electrical installation is carried out in compliance with the electro technical regulations for low voltage, with a sufficient degree of electrification to meet the necessary power demand of each apartment. Terraces are provided with an electrical outlet and fixtures. All rooms, including independent kitchens, have telephone and TV connection points. Video intercom units operate the main entrance door to the building.
